Humanitarian and TikTok Influencer Dora Moono Nyambe Passes Away at 32

The Zambian activist, known for her work with vulnerable children and education initiatives, died suddenly on December 25, with the cause of death yet to be revealed.

Dora Moono Nyambe, a humanitarian and social media influencer with over 4 million followers, passed away on Christmas Day at the age of 32.
Nyambe founded the nonprofit Footprints of Hope, which built schools and provided education, food, and shelter to hundreds of children in Zambia, including rescuing over 500 from abuse and child marriages.
Her organization’s campus in Mapapa Village serves 350 students with dormitories, classrooms, a library, and a dining hall offering three meals daily.
Nyambe adopted over a dozen children and fostered more than 200, using her TikTok platform to raise awareness and funds for her initiatives.
Her funeral, initially scheduled for December 28, has been postponed to December 30 due to logistical challenges, with no cause of death yet announced.
