Husband of Bronx daycare owner arrested in Mexico for role in fatal fentanyl exposure of toddler

A one-year-old boy died and three other children were hospitalized after fentanyl exposure at a Bronx daycare.
The daycare owner, her husband, her cousin, and another man were part of a drug operation at the facility.
Large quantities of fentanyl were found hidden under floorboards and in closets at the daycare.
The husband fled to Mexico after the exposure but was arrested there by authorities.
All four suspects face federal charges for distributing narcotics resulting in death.
