• Dr. Abhishek Swarnkar, a 39-year-old scientist at IISER Mohali, died after being pushed and punched by his neighbor Monty during a parking dispute on Tuesday night.
• Swarnkar, who had recently undergone a kidney transplant and was on dialysis, collapsed after the altercation and was declared dead at a hospital.
• CCTV footage captured the incident, showing Monty shoving Swarnkar to the ground and assaulting him during the argument.
