Illness Forces Two Contestants to Withdraw from First 'Let's Dance' Live Show

Jeanette Biedermann and Leyla Lahouar are unable to perform due to health issues, reducing the lineup to 12 dance pairs for Friday's episode.

Jeanette Biedermann, suffering from a severe flu and high fever, announced her withdrawal from the upcoming 'Let's Dance' live show on February 28.
Leyla Lahouar, another contestant, is also unable to perform due to a respiratory infection, as confirmed by RTL.
Both contestants have expressed disappointment and hope to return for the following week's episode, pending recovery.
The first regular episode of the season will now feature 12 dance pairs instead of the original 14, with one pair set to be eliminated at the end of the show.
The live episode will air on February 28 at 8:15 PM on RTL and will also be available for streaming on RTL+.
