The spa was shut down in 2018 after infections were reported, but new cases have now been discovered.
The owner of the VIP Spa did not have proper medical licensing to perform the procedures and has been sentenced to prison.
Over 100 former clients were tested, with two testing positive, leading to the discovery of more HIV cases connected to the spa.
Officials are urging anyone who received injections at the VIP Spa to get tested for HIV and hepatitis.
