Indian Ordnance Factory Worker Arrested for Leaking Defense Secrets to Pakistan's ISI

Ravindra Kumar, an employee at a Firozabad ordnance factory, was arrested by the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (UP ATS) for espionage activities linked to Pakistan's ISI.
Kumar was reportedly honey-trapped by a female ISI handler using the alias 'Neha Sharma' through Facebook, who later disclosed her affiliation with Pakistan's intelligence agency.
He shared classified information, including ordnance factory production reports, logistics drone trials, and details on India's Gaganyaan space mission, via WhatsApp.
The investigation revealed Kumar disguised his contact with the handler by saving her number under a misleading name, 'Chandan Store Keeper 2'.
Authorities have seized digital evidence, including WhatsApp conversations and sensitive documents, while also arresting an associate of Kumar from Agra as part of the ongoing probe.
