Islamist Militants Kill Around 60 Civilians in Attack on Burkina Faso Village

Around 60 civilians were killed in an attack by insurgents in Burkina Faso.
The attack occurred on Thursday in the village of Karma in Yatenga provincein northern Burkina Faso.
The insurgents were linked to al-Qaida and the Islamic State group which have been active in the region.
Over 100 militants on motorbikes and in pickup trucks raided the village.
