Overview

  • The INPS portal is now live for private employers to apply for the 100% contribution exemption for hiring under-35 youths and disadvantaged women on permanent contracts.
  • The bonus covers a maximum of €500 per month for youths, increasing to €650 in southern Italy's special economic zones, and €650 for disadvantaged women nationwide.
  • Eligibility includes youths under 35 who have never held a permanent contract and women meeting unemployment or gender disparity criteria.
  • Excluded from the exemption are INAIL contributions, TFR funds, domestic workers, executives, and apprenticeship contracts.
  • The Ministry of Labour projects at least 100,000 new permanent hires supported by €890 million in funding by 2026.
