The 32-year-old South African finished the tournament at 18-under par, completing a bogey-free weekend with a final-round score of 67.
English golfer John Parry, who led after the first two rounds, finished in second place at 16-under following a bogey on the 14th hole in the final round.
Deon Germishuys of South Africa secured third place at 13-under, with compatriot Jayden Schaper finishing fourth at 12-under.
Kruyswijk expressed pride in his performance and mindset, celebrating the achievement of keeping the trophy on African soil.
