Joe Jonas surprised the audience by joining Nick on stage for a special performance.
The gala, hosted by Demi Moore, also featured a performance by Cher and raised $16 million for AIDS research.
Nick performed several songs, including his solo hit 'Jealous' and a Frankie Valli cover, before inviting Joe on stage.
The Jonas Brothers are currently on a world tour, which was briefly postponed due to Nick's recent illness.
