Jonathon Heyward Named New Music Director of Lincoln Center's Mostly Mozart Starting in 2024

Jonathon Heyward will take over as music director of Lincoln Center's Mostly Mozart Orchestra in 2024.
He will succeed current director Louis Langrée, who has held the position since 2003.
The orchestra will be renamed by the summer of 2024.
Heyward will work with Lincoln Center's Shanta Thake to integrate the orchestra into Lincoln Center's larger Summer for the City festival.
Langrée will remain in the position for one more summer season before Heyward takes over in 2024.
