Pete Buttigieg is the second most popular potential candidate with 10% support, followed by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Gavin Newsom, and Tim Walz, each at 5%.
Harris has not confirmed plans to run in 2028 but is reportedly considering a gubernatorial bid in California in 2026.
Harris' positioning comes after her 2024 presidential election loss to Donald Trump, where she lost the popular vote, Electoral College, and all swing states.
