Despite the allegations, West was not charged after the LA City Attorney’s Office decided there was 'no reasonable likelihood of conviction.'
West has previously spoken about the incident, stating that Poplawski was not a fan but someone 'taking autographs to make money on them,' and that he was upset over a parenting disagreement with ex Kim Kardashian at the time.
