Overview

  • Kawasaki has set the ex-showroom price of the 2025 Z900 in India at Rs 9.52 lakh, with bookings open and deliveries slated to begin shortly.
  • The bike debuts a 5-inch TFT colour display with Bluetooth connectivity, Ninja 1000SX-derived switchgear, ride-by-wire throttle, cruise control and a bi-directional quickshifter.
  • A 5-axis inertial measurement unit underpins rider aids including selectable power modes, cornering traction control and ABS for enhanced stability.
  • Its 948 cc inline-four engine remains unchanged in output—125 hp and 98.6 Nm through a six-speed gearbox—but is now tuned to meet Euro 5+ emission norms.
  • Visually updated with a new LED headlamp, muscular fuel tank and redesigned LED taillight, the Z900 takes on the Honda CB650R, Triumph Street Triple R and Ducati Monster.
