LA Teacher Charged with Sexual Abuse of 13-Year-Old Student

Prosecutors allege Matarico left her husband to pursue a relationship with the student, whom she referred to as her 'crystal meth.'
The alleged abuse began when the boy was 13 and continued for over a year, despite family pleas for her to stop.
Matarico's bail is set at $590,000, and she is prohibited from contacting the victim or going near his school.
