LAST SURVIVING USS ARIZONA SAILOR WHO WITNESSED PEARL HARBOR ATTACK DIES AT 102

Ken Potts, who witnessed the Pearl Harbor attack while working on the USS Arizona, has died at age 102.
Potts was operating a crane transferring supplies to the Arizona when Japanese planes bombed the ship on December 7, 1941.
Potts and other sailors rescued some crew members in their boat and witnessed the Arizona sinking just nine minutes later.
Lou Conter, 101, is now the sole remaining survivor of the USS Arizona.
Although other survivors have had their ashes placed on the sunken battleship, Potts did not want that.
