The decision followed mounting tensions within the coaching staff, particularly between Labit and head coach Paul Gustard, over differing management approaches.
Stade Français has struggled this season, currently sitting 11th in the Top 14 standings after a brief period in last place.
Labit had already stepped back from his duties last week, with Gustard assuming full control of the team’s sporting operations.
Club owner Hans-Peter Wild acknowledged that bringing Labit and another former French national team staff member, Karim Ghezal, to the club was a mistake.
