LPG Cylinder Leak Causes Fire at Delhi Restaurant, Injuring Six

A fire broke out at Bikkgane Biryani restaurant in Connaught Place, New Delhi, around 11:30 AM due to an LPG cylinder leakage in the kitchen.
Six people, including three staff members and three customers, sustained burn injuries and were taken to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital for treatment.
The injured staff members suffered severe burns, with one sustaining 81% burns and two others with 70% burns, while the customers had burns of up to 30%.
Six fire tenders were dispatched to the scene, successfully containing the blaze, while police and fire officials evacuated the premises.
Authorities have launched an investigation to determine whether safety protocols were followed and if negligence contributed to the incident.
