Lufthansa and Cabin Crew Union Finalize Pay Agreement

The deal concludes recent disputes that caused significant disruptions in German aviation.

Nearly 19,000 Lufthansa cabin crew members will receive a 17.4% pay rise over three years, plus a one-time payment of €3,000 to combat inflation.
The agreement follows negotiations after a series of strikes that affected Germany’s largest airline and other sectors.
The deal does not include employees at Lufthansa subsidiaries Cityline and Discover, where discussions are still ongoing.
Other recent agreements include pay raises for Lufthansa ground staff and security personnel at German airports.
