Luke Combs Rectifies Unintentional Lawsuit Against Fan

Country star sends $11,000 to fan sued for selling merchandise, plans to aid with medical bills.

Country star Luke Combs intervened after his legal team unknowingly sued a fan, Nicol Harness, for $250,000 over selling $380 worth of merchandise featuring his likeness.
Combs was unaware of the lawsuit and expressed his distress upon learning about it, stating that his legal team was supposed to target large corporations selling counterfeit merchandise, not individual fans.
Upon discovering the situation, Combs immediately took action to rectify it, sending Harness $11,000 and instructing his lawyers to remove her from the lawsuit.
Combs also announced plans to sell his own tumbler, with all proceeds going to help Harness pay her medical bills and expenses.
Combs has invited Harness and her family to an upcoming concert, where he plans to personally apologize.
