Man Arrested After Toddler Kidnapped, Still Missing

Police in Michigan declared an urgent situation after a 2-year-old girl was kidnapped.
A man was arrested in suburban Detroit in connection with the kidnapping but the girl was not found with him.
The FBI has joined the search for the missing toddler, Wynter Smith.
The suspect knew the girl's mother from a previous relationship and stabbed her before taking Wynter and her car.
An Amber Alert was issued for Wynter, who was last seen wearing a white shirt with rainbows.
