Man Confesses to Deadly Shooting Rampage That Left Four Dead in Phoenix

A 20-year-old man was arrested for allegedly shooting five people at random in Phoenix and Mesa, Arizona.
Four victims died and one was hospitalized with serious injuries from the shootings.
The suspect, Iren Byers, confessed to the crimes and led police to the murder weapon and clothes he wore during the shootings.
Byers was charged with four counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder.
Authorities believe mental illness and anger issues may have contributed to Byers' motives for the rampage.
