Marcelo Bielsa Named New Coach of Uruguayan National Team

Bielsa signed a contract to coach Uruguay through 2026.
Bielsa chose the job because Uruguay has the most talented group of players he could work with.
Bielsa will start by coaching two friendlies against Nicaragua and Cuba next month.
Bielsa previously coached Argentina in 2002 and Chile in 2010 at the World Cup.
Uruguay hopes Bielsa can help the team reach its potential on the global stage.
