Overview

  • Marvel Studios will not hold its signature Saturday Hall H panel at SDCC 2025, opting for a smaller footprint on the convention floor.
  • The decision follows the shift of Avengers: Doomsday from May 2026 to December 2026, which leaves the studio without enough ready-to-show assets for a blockbuster reveal this year.
  • Instead of a Hall H extravaganza, Marvel will run dedicated panels for its comics and gaming divisions throughout the convention.
  • The studio has commissioned an immersive booth experience tied to The Fantastic Four: First Steps, which opens in theaters on the first Friday of SDCC.
  • Marvel will also present Fantastic Four footage and updates at CCXP in Mexico this weekend.
