Marvel's 'Echo' to Feature Return of Kingpin, Breaks New Ground for Representation

Sydney Freeland, a Navajo filmmaker, serves as an executive producer and a director on the series, marking the first time she has been able to bring together her love for comics and her Indigenous culture.
The series also marks a milestone for representation, with Deaf actors portraying Deaf characters and the inclusion of Deaf writers and consultants behind the scenes.
