The operation, which catered to politicians, corporate executives, and military officers, ran out of luxury apartments in Massachusetts and Virginia.
Lee was indicted alongside James Lee and Junmyung Lee, who also face charges; Junmyung Lee is scheduled to plead guilty next month.
Prosecutors allege the network generated hundreds of thousands of dollars, with men paying up to $600 per hour for services.
