• Meghan Turner, previously assistant GM of the Boston Fleet, has been appointed general manager of the PWHL's new Seattle franchise.
• Turner is the first employee of the Seattle team and will oversee hiring coaching and support staff ahead of the roster-building process.
• Seattle and Vancouver, the league's two new teams, will participate in a structured two-phase expansion process beginning with a signing period from June 4–8, followed by an expansion draft on June 9.
