Her absence followed a January trip to North Carolina and California with President Trump to assess natural disaster damage, after which she did not return to the White House for nearly a month.
Sources suggest Melania Trump prefers a private role and splits her time between New York, where her son Barron attends college, and Florida, with limited public involvement in her husband’s administration.
During her time away, she missed several high-profile events, including meetings with foreign leaders, the signing of key executive orders, and major public appearances such as the Super Bowl and Daytona 500.
Melania Trump is reportedly working on a documentary project set for release later this year, for which she holds executive producer control, and has hinted at continuing her 'Be Best' initiative.
