  • Microsoft is planning a mid-generation refresh in 2024 of the Xbox Series X/S consoles and controllers.
  • The new Xbox Series X will have a cylindrical, disc-less design with 2TB storage, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, and other upgrades.
  • A new Xbox controller codenamed Sebile will feature haptics, gyro controls, modular thumbsticks, and seamless device switching.
  • Microsoft discussed potential acquisitions of Nintendo and Valve but a merger is unlikely in the near future.
  • The company is also working on a hybrid cloud/console Xbox platform for release around 2028.
