Microsoft to close Xbox 360 digital storefront in 2024

Microsoft announced it will shut down the Xbox 360 Store on July 29, 2024.
After that date, Xbox 360 owners will no longer be able to purchase new games, downloadable content, or videos.
Previously purchased Xbox 360 games and DLC will still be playable after the store closure.
The shutdown will remove the Movies & TV app from Xbox 360 consoles.
Backward-compatible Xbox 360 games can still be purchased on newer Xbox consoles and xbox.com.
