One person has died and another is in critical condition after a boat carrying over 60 migrants capsized in the English Channel while attempting to reach Britain.
The boat was found deflated and some migrants had fallen into the sea. A total of 66 people were rescued and taken to Calais.
Searches are continuing by air and sea for any remaining survivors.
The incident has sparked further debate on the UK government's controversial plan to deport arriving migrants to Rwanda as a deterrent.
More than 29,000 migrants have crossed the English Channel to the UK this year, a third less than last year.
