Mike + The Mechanics Celebrate 40 Years with New Compilation and Tour

The band, founded by Genesis guitarist Mike Rutherford, marks its anniversary with a 'Best Of' album and performances across Europe.

Mike + The Mechanics, originally a side project of Genesis guitarist Mike Rutherford, is celebrating its 40th anniversary.
The band has released a compilation album titled 'Looking Back - Living The Years,' featuring 16 tracks spanning their career, available on CD and vinyl.
The anniversary tour, which has already started in the UK, will include stops in Germany during April and May 2025.
Concert setlists will include the band's classic hits such as 'Silent Running,' 'All I Need Is A Miracle,' and 'The Living Years,' alongside select Genesis tracks.
Nic Collins, son of Genesis drummer Phil Collins, will join the band as their new drummer for the tour.
