Military Reservist Arrested for Applying as Hitman on Parody Website

Josiah Garcia, an Air National Guardsman, responded to a parody hitman-for-hire website called RentAHitman.com, thinking the services were real.
Garcia applied for a job as an assassin, providing personal details and touting his military experience and marksmanship.
An undercover FBI agent posing as a representative for the site met with Garcia, who agreed to kill an abusive husband for $5,000.
Garcia accepted an initial payment of $2,500 from the agent before he was arrested and charged with interstate murder-for-hire.
If convicted, Garcia faces up to 10 years in federal prison.
