Missing Florida Mother Found Dead in Estranged Husband's Storage Unit

Cory Hill, Already in Custody for Attempted Homicide, Named Prime Suspect in Wife's Murder

Shakeira Rucker, a 37-year-old mother of four, was found dead in a storage unit in Apopka, Florida, a week after she was reported missing.
The storage unit where Rucker's body was found is registered to her estranged husband, Cory Hill, who is now the prime suspect in her murder.
Hill was arrested on the same night Rucker was last seen for allegedly attempting to murder his girlfriend, another woman who said he shot at her multiple times.
Hill is currently being held without bond after being charged with four counts of attempted homicide against his girlfriend.
The investigation into Rucker's murder spans four counties and includes assistance from the FBI.
