Missing Pet Wallaby Escapes Enclosure, Search Underway in Rural Oklahoma Town

A pet wallaby escaped its backyard enclosure in Blanchard, Oklahoma and is believed to be in thick woods near the edge of town.
The wallaby, named Roo, is similar to a kangaroo but smaller in size and typically not aggressive but may kick if cornered.
It is legal to own a wallaby in Oklahoma, but registration is required.
The owner, Gil Gilbreath, uses the wallaby for petting zoos and is working to tame it.
Police and animal control are using a drone and attempting to fence the wallaby into a smaller area in order to capture it.
