Minerva Portillo, a model, has filed a lawsuit against renowned fashion photographer Terry Richardson, accusing him of sexually assaulting her during a photo shoot in 2004.

The lawsuit was filed under New York’s Adult Survivors Act, which provides victims a one-year window to file civil lawsuits even if the statutes of limitations in their cases had run out.
Portillo's agency at the time, Trump Model Management, is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit, accused of dismissing her concerns about Richardson's behavior.
Richardson, who faced a wave of accusations of inappropriate behavior and coercion of models starting in 2014, has largely retreated from the public eye.
