Multiple Drowning Incidents Claim Lives Across Maharashtra Rivers

- The victims of the Ghodazari Lake tragedy were identified as Janak, Yash, Aniket, and Tejas Gawande, along with Tejas Thakre, all residents of Sathgaon-Kolari in Chimur taluka.
- Four Class 10 students drowned in the Ulhas River, Thane, on Friday while washing off Holi colors, misjudging the depth of the water.
- Three young men from Pimpri-Chinchwad drowned in the Indrayani River, Pune, on Friday during a swimming trip with friends.
- Rescue operations in all incidents involved local authorities, fire brigades, and, in some cases, the National Disaster Response Force, with all bodies recovered.
