Music Stars Cover Songs For National Geographic Series

Angel Olsen, Sharon Van Etten, and Michael Imperioli record covers of classic songs for the National Geographic limited series "A Small Light."
Este Haim served as the executive music producer for the series and enlisted a variety of indie music stars to contribute to the soundtrack.
The soundtrack will include covers of songs like "My Reverie" and "I Don't Want to Set the World on Fire" by artists including Kamasi Washington, Weyes Blood, and Moses Sumney.
The series follows Miep Gies, who hid Anne Frank and her family during World War II, and the soundtrack will be released on May 19.
The covers and original score were created to accompany the historical drama series.
