Nicholas Jarzabek, also known as Nick Diver, rented the home from Netflix executive Nikeeta Sriram.
Jarzabek listed the property on Airbnb for $688 per night, generating approximately $13,500 monthly.
The illegal subletting was discovered after an ADT alarm triggered a police visit.
Sriram filed a lawsuit and eviction notice, incurring around $100,000 in losses.
Airbnb has since removed the listing and associated account.
