NASCAR Driver Cody Ware Suspended Indefinitely After Felony Assault Arrest

NASCAR driver Cody Ware has been arrested and charged with felony assault by strangulation and misdemeanor assault on a female.
The alleged domestic violence incident took place on April 3 and led to Ware's indefinite suspension from NASCAR.
Ware did not compete in this past weekend's race at Bristol Motor Speedway and was replaced by Matt Crafton.
Ware has been racing in NASCAR's top series since 2017 with his best finish coming last year at Daytona International Speedway.
