• Netflix unveiled "Notes from the Last Row" on May 29, 2025 as its next Korean-language series for a 2026 debut.
• The drama adapts the Spanish play "El Chico de la última fila" into a psychological exploration of a literature professor’s bond with a gifted but secretive student.
• Choi Min-sik leads as professor Heo Mun-oh opposite Choi Hyun-wook as the mysterious Lee Kang, joined by Huh Joon-ho, Kim Yun-jin and Jin Kyung in key roles.
• The series is co-produced by Kakao Entertainment and Gtist with Kim Gyu-tae directing and Jang Myung-woo penning the screenplay.
