Netflix to Release 'Fear Street: Prom Queen' on May 23

The fourth installment in the Fear Street series brings 1980s high school horror back to Shadyside with a new director and cast.

Fear Street: Prom Queen is based on R.L. Stine's 1992 novel and continues the popular Netflix horror series.
The film is set in 1988 at Shadyside High, where prom queen candidates face mysterious disappearances and deadly threats.
Matt Palmer, known for his 2018 Netflix thriller Calibre, takes over as director for this installment.
The cast includes India Fowler, Suzanna Son, Fina Strazza, Chris Klein, and Katherine Waterston among others.
The movie will premiere worldwide on Netflix on May 23, marking the first Fear Street film since the 2021 trilogy.
