- Impellizzari's alleged actions include spraying bleach into a container of cucumbers, wiping bodily areas including his anus, penis, and testicles on kitchen utensils and bread, and performing sexual acts with inanimate objects in a school setting.
- The school district and the Cumberland County Department of Health are working together to ensure the school’s food preparation areas, utensils, and surfaces are properly sanitized, and all potentially contaminated food products discarded.
- Investigators are also collecting samples of Impellizzari's bodily fluids to check for potential infectious disease transmission to anyone who consumed the contaminated food. Those affected will be notified once a determination is made.
- Impellizzari, who had been employed by the Upper Deerfield Township school district since 2019, was arrested on October 31 after multiple anonymous tips flagged his actions and he now faces charges including aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and official misconduct.
