Despite signing Winston, the Giants have stated that they are still considering other quarterback options, including Aaron Rodgers.
Winston started seven games for the Browns last season, throwing for 2,121 yards, 18 touchdowns, and 16 interceptions.
On the same day Winston's signing was finalized, Aaron Rodgers visited the Pittsburgh Steelers as his free agency status remains unresolved.
