Footage Emerges as Grand Jury Considers Recharging Baldwin with Involuntary Manslaughter

Newly released videos from the set of 'Rust' show Alec Baldwin handling and firing a prop gun, and discussing safety with the crew, days before the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
In the videos, Baldwin is seen firing a prop gun, expressing concern for the safety of crew members, and instructing them to move out of the line of fire.
The footage was obtained by NBC News and is among dozens of clips requested by special prosecutors from Rust Movie Productions LLC in the spring, but not received until October.
The special prosecutors in New Mexico were scheduled to convene a grand jury to consider recharging Baldwin with involuntary manslaughter, but the judge rescheduled it during a teleconference hearing.
Baldwin's attorneys, Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro, have called the potential prosecution 'misguided' and said they will answer any charges in court.
