Nicholas Metson Sentenced to Life for Dismembering Wife, Holly Bramley

Metson's gruesome crime of dismembering his wife into over 200 pieces and enlisting help to dispose of her remains shocks the nation.

Nicholas Metson, 28, was sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 19 years for the murder of his wife, Holly Bramley, 26.
Metson admitted to stabbing Bramley at least four times before dismembering her body and storing it in their Lincoln flat.
He enlisted his school friend, Joshua Hancock, paying him £50 to help dispose of Bramley's remains in the River Witham.
Hancock, who also faced unrelated charges, was sentenced to three years and three months in prison.
The court heard of Metson's attempts to cover up the crime, including misleading police and making incriminating Google searches.
