Nicholas Prosper Sentenced for Triple Murder and Foiled School Massacre Plot

The 19-year-old from Luton meticulously planned to kill 30 children and two teachers to achieve infamy but was stopped after a violent struggle with his family.

Nicholas Prosper murdered his mother, Juliana Falcon, and siblings, Giselle and Kyle, in September 2024 as part of a plan to carry out a mass shooting at his former primary school.
He admitted to the murders and related charges, including forging a firearms certificate to purchase a shotgun, during earlier court proceedings.
Prosper’s plot to kill 30 young children and two teachers at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School was disrupted by a violent family struggle, leading to police intervention.
The court heard that Prosper was motivated by a desire for notoriety and had meticulously planned the attack for over a year, conducting surveillance and creating detailed notes.
Psychiatrists noted Prosper’s undiagnosed autism spectrum disorder but highlighted his extreme lack of empathy, which could not be fully explained by his diagnosis.
