NJ Police Officer Rescues Unconscious Driver From Burning Car After Fiery Crash

Officer Noah Allatt pulled a trapped driver to safety after a car and tanker truck collided and caught fire on Route 22 in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

The crash occurred early on March 5, when a Hyundai Elantra rear-ended a tanker truck on Route 22 West in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
The impact caused the two vehicles to fuse together and ignite, traveling nearly 700 feet before coming to a stop.
Officer Noah Allatt arrived at the scene and rescued the unconscious driver, Peter Della-Ventura, from the burning car.
Body camera footage captured Allatt's heroic actions, including navigating the flames and pulling Della-Ventura from the driver's side of the vehicle.
Both Della-Ventura and his passenger were treated for non-life-threatening injuries, while the crash remains under investigation with no charges filed so far.
