Noida Authority CEO Dr. Lokesh M disciplined 16 staff members for not attending to an elderly man promptly at the residential plot department.
The CEO noticed the issue via CCTV cameras, which he uses to monitor staff behavior and office operations.
The elderly man was reportedly left waiting for nearly an hour despite being directed to a counter for assistance.
As a consequence, the CEO ordered the staff to remain standing while working for 20 minutes to emphasize the importance of addressing visitors' concerns promptly.
