The RTX 5060 is rumored to feature 3,840 CUDA cores, a 25% increase over its predecessor, with 8GB of GDDR7 memory and a 150W TDP.
The RTX 5060 Ti is expected to offer two variants—8GB and 16GB of GDDR7 VRAM—with 4,608 CUDA cores and a 180W TDP, marking a modest 6% increase in core count over the RTX 4060 Ti.
The entry-level RTX 5050 is reported to include 2,560 CUDA cores, 8GB of GDDR6 memory, and a 130W TDP, targeting a sub-$250 price range.
While the RTX 5060 and 5060 Ti may provide performance improvements over their 40-series counterparts, concerns remain about the continued use of 8GB VRAM for mainstream GPUs in 2025.
